Foundation training should now be well started with 600, 800 or 1,000m repeats with same amount of recovery that it takes to run i.e 2 mins on 2 mins recovery. pace is1500m. Don't forget to warm-up with usual ABC drills and cool down well.Best wishes to Larry McGuill on a speedy recovery out of hospital the nurses must be looking after you too well
