![]() Practice doesn’t make it perfect but it does make it permanent. So when it comes to doing your sprint drills and starting block position why not create excellence, it’s not an act but a habit. Therefore athletes we learn that we become what we repeatedly do. Work harder at improving yourself, live within the moment of now, but "remember" start each training session with the end result in mind. If you want to run faster make every drill count, every run, every step, and exercise be your best effort. Others will respect you for your best efforts. Exercise with passion. If you have short term failure in training pick yourself up, at least you know where you need and want to go. Remember that success is a lot of small steps in the right direction. A few simple disciplines will make a major impact on your training in the short term as well as long term goals. I have never met a successful athlete that had a negative attitude. The key to success is having a positive attitude. You have to love training, be enthusiastic. Don’t limit yourself to what you think you can do, you can go further if you let your mind lead you. Believe and you will achieve. Don’t waste time, for it is gone forever. Wealth can be regained, knowledge can be learnt and health can be cured, but time can never be replaced. Get out and train as now is the time.
