MAZU GOLD

Picture
As a competitive World Masters Athlete along with full time mother, I find my schedule can get fairly hectic.
When I discovered Mazu Gold it was like a weight lifted from my shoulders.
My recovery after six to seven hours training per day is as good as It was when I was in the prime of my Athletics career, my mental preparation for competition has never been so thorough.
This will be my only supplement for The World Championships this summer

Athletics Ireland
I would like to encourage all athletes from the Athletics Association Ireland and northern Ireland athletics to get there runners on and get training as it’s only 10 weeks until the full track programme takes off. Only 10 weeks virtually to get some good foundation training, hills and start technically working on all those weak spots you may have developed over the indoor or winter months. AthleticsIreland results need to improve to obtain more medals internationally to go along with their recent good results and to keep on improving. We the athletes need to work together with the athletics association of Ireland to get the dates of all races including leagues to support them in their events, which can help you the athlete gauge where you are in your programme and where you need to be in terms of achieving your goals.
Athletics Northern Ireland even offer mid week races often on a Wednesday or Thursday evening if week end don’t suit the working athlete; so don’t forget to contact AAI athleticsIreland and running Northern Ireland for both competition schedules before the season is out. Running Northern Ireland also have links to fell  running clubs and details of races for those interested in longer, harder events. Running in Ireland with the new spell of good weather is an opportunity not to be missed as you have great choices with all the parks having their grass cut and forests like the one in Rostrevor.
